What is Meditation?
There are Thousands to define the Meditation and below is a simple and easily understandable definition.
Meditation is consciously directing one's attention or thought to change one's state of consciousness which leads one to a state of thoughtlessness.
Meditation at the common level, is known to reduce one's Physical and Mental Tensions. It is practised since ages and the most common reason behind its practice is to enhance the effects such as reduction in Blood Pressure. The longer the duration, onew meditates, that much is the amount of relief, satisfaction and healthy one can be.
